REORIENTATION
Financial Reorientation | Bigger Barns
Marshall challenged us to examine the direction of our hearts. Like a GPS, our lives need to be oriented toward the right destination. Our culture constantly encourages us to pursue more, but Jesus reminds us that true fulfillment isn't found in what we accumulate, but in seeking God's Kingdom.
When our hearts are oriented toward the Kingdom, generosity becomes a delight rather than a burden, and trusting our Father's provision frees us from the anxiety of always needing more.
The question isn't simply how much we have, but what has our hearts.
GETTING READY FOR THURSDAY
Friends, before we gather, take some time to read Luke 12:16–21 — The Parable of the Rich Fool (Bigger Barns).
As you read, prayerfully consider:
- What is God speaking to you about reorientation? Is there an area of your life where He may be inviting you to change direction?
- What stood out to you from Marshall's message? Was there a thought, scripture, or challenge that stayed with you?
-
Come ready to share your reflections, questions, and what God is stirring in your heart.
I'm looking forward to another evening of rich conversation, fellowship, laughter, and growing together.
See you Thursday, October 15, at 6:30 PM!
❤️ Better Stories aren't just stories we study. They're stories we're learning to live together.
