We are blessed to worship in a beautiful historic building in Greensboro, NC. Originally built in 1922 as the McIver School, the large windows into our worship space and 100 year old oak trees surrounding the property add to the charm of our church family.

Dress at Grace is casual…feel free to dress up or dress down. Our musical worship is a blend of many styles and genres. Services last about an hour and fifteen minutes, and we serve coffee and donuts afterwards. Welcome! You’re FAMILY at Grace!


GraceKids Classes

The Children’s Check in station is located in the main building hallway. The welcome team will help you sign your kids in and direct you to their classes. 


  • 8:30am (during 1st service fall - spring): 6 months – preschoolers
  • 10:00am (during 2nd service):  2 months old – 5th grade


Grace Youth

  • Sunday afternoons - Between Labor Day and Memorial Day
  • 4:00pm – 5:30pm: 6th grade – 12th grade

College Students

  • College FAMILY group meets on Wednesdays at 6:30pm downtown at their group leader's home

FAQs

  • Where do I park? Where is the entrance?

    From Gate City Blvd or Freeman Mill turn onto Dick Street. Turn into the gravel parking lot. You may enter the building from either side through Entrances marked E, D or A. To enter without stairs, please use Entrance E which faces Gate City Blvd. There are handicap parking spaces convenient to Entrance E.

  • What should I expect?

    Our worship service features contemporary worship music from across a few genres. Our messages are rooted in the Bible with relevant takeaways for our lives. Service last about an hour and fifteen minutes.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear whatever you've got! We're just glad you're here. You'll see people in all kinds of styles. Just be you! 

  • What about my children?

    Our First Touch team (ushers) will guide you to the Children's Welcome desk and help you with secure check-in. All of our GraceKids and youth volunteers have been approved through a security process including references and background checks.

  • What's next?

    After service, ushers will guide you to the fellowship area where we have a gift for you! Enjoy coffee and feel free to ask any questions you may have. Consider joining a Family group to get plugged in! Three times a year we offer Covenant class where you can learn more about our church. There's also periodic fellowship events and service opportunites that are great ways to meet more people at Grace. Click HERE to fill out the visitor's information card.

  • I'm new to church and curious about Jesus. How do I learn more?

    A few times a year, we offer the Discovery Bible Class. This class is just for you! We learn more about who Jesus is and how He can radically change our lives!
