HOW TO CONFIGURE SCREENS CLICK ME

Arrival Time: 7:00 AM

1. System Check

• Turn on computer and launch ProPresenter
• Check that the correct service presentation is loaded
• Confirm confidence monitor and main screens are displaying correctly

2. Service Order Review

• Review the entire order of service with Worship Pastor (He will inform you of any special changes to a regular service)
• Confirm slides and insert the appropriate Macro's for each
• Scripture Marcro,
• Songs - Macro
• Sermon slides extra

 7:30 AM Circle-Up

3. Circle-Up Check-In

• Join Media + Musicians + Singers on stage
• Walk through the service flow
• Pray together
• After prayer → begin soundcheck

4. During Service

• Follow John’s lead for worship flow
• Follow Marshall or Speakers flow for Scripture or special slides
• Stay ready for spontaneous repeats or transitions
• Keep slides clean, timely, and distraction-free
