Video Tech Sunday Prep (Grace)

Arrival Time: 7:00 AM

1. System Check

-Turn on Camera (Sony), Turn on vMix,

-Check Panasonic cameras connection to vMix, Check Propresentors  connection to vMix.

-Confirm Sound  is present to Camera (3)

2. Service Order Review w/Worship Pastor

-Review the entire order of service with Worship Pastor (He will inform you of any special changes to a regular service)

-Confirm special needs as it relates to special video recordings.

 7:30 AM Circle-Up

3. Circle-Up Check-In

-Join Media + Musicians + Singers on stage

-Walk through the service flow

-Pray together

-After prayer → begin soundcheck with Praise Team

4. During Service

-Follow John’s lead for worship flow

-Follow Marshall or Speakers lead for flow of the message

-Stay ready for spontaneous folks coming up and using the mics in service.

8:30 Service AND Broadcast Levels

-Because we don’t record this service this is the best time for an audio tech to set levels for what will be recorded and streamed.

Check list:

 -Once in house levels are set during the 1st and 2nd song of this service it’s wise for the audio tech to set levels for STREAM. 

-Ask Video Tech To record a portion of the second or third song or use headphones to monitor levels of singers, instruments or speaker.
